Membership Terms and Conditions Float District prides itself in keeping things simple. In order to avoid confusion and misunderstanding, we ask that you please review and acknowledge the terms and conditions regarding your membership below. • MINIMUM REQUIRED MEMBERSHIP LENGTH: Memberships do not have a required term (i.e., 6 month / 12 month) and may be cancelled at any time AFTER a minimum of three months have been paid • HOW SERVICES ACCUMULATE AND EXPIRE ON ACTIVE MEMBERSHIPS: For memberships that include service credit with each payment, your membership credits will accumulate to a MAXIMUM of 4 service credits before the oldest service credit on your account expires. While we are under no obligation to remind you of unused service credits, we utilize some automated services to keep you aware of accumulating credits. You may also call us or check online at any time. • PAUSING YOUR MEMBERHIP: For service accumulating memberships you may request that your account be paused for up to 2 months for a monthly fee of $10 for each month of pause. While paused your accumulated services remain available for use. Members can have NO MORE THAN TWO pause periods in any rolling 12-month period. • CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP: For service accumulating memberships you may cancel your membership any time after the initial three months with 30 days’ notice. If notice is properly given, your unused services will remain available for 4 months but will expire on your original billing date 4 months after being credited to your account. If you cancel with less than 30 days’ notice (you ask us to cancel immediately), any accumulated services expire at the date of cancellation. • SERVICES IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP: You receive 1x free 15-minute vibroacoustic sessions or 1x free 15min cold plunge per month.
